This month, I guess, was fabulous! I dunno. I had a rough week. I think my rough week was my body's way of revolting plus me slacking a bit. Gained a ten pounder and then lost it PLUS some. I've never been under 240 in the last few years. I wonder if it's my body's way of revolting and saying, "I'm sick of this crazy stuff. I want to eat a ton of stuff." I past the hump and going strong. I'm a few pounds from my 10% goal. I never reached my 10% goal last year. Although I stopped exercising and started bellydancing. I signed up for a six week class. I still can't get regular with activity. And this month is ending with my shoulder hurting a lot. I lost four inches around my body. I guess the lack of inches lost is cause of lack of exercise?
