Making it work

That is what I am trying to do each day. Trying to stay on track with healthy eating and stay active everyday to make my goals my reality. Why is it so hard to stay motivated? They say if you want something you will go after it and do what it takes to get there but I have to battle myself everyday to stay on track.

Today is day 5 of being active daily and I hit all but one of my nutrition tracker goals, can't seem how to get more fiber into my diet. So for now I am still on track, my motivation ran away today but I did 50 minutes of cardio/strength training just to prove that even without the motivation I could get my exercise in. I am hoping that my streak sticks and with or without my mojo I can keep making each day count on my journey.
