Day 3 - Finding Time

One of the suggestions today is to figure out where I am wasting time. That is an easy task - I get home from work, do the mommy thing with my kids, put them to bed. When I finally have time to just sit and let down from the day I watch TV. I do not usually have the energy to exercise. I am mentally and physically exhausted - does that sound like an excuse?

Goal - tomorrow I will get up 15 minutes early to exercise - no excuses.
