Hey spark friends!
February has been great so far. I have not been weighing myself because I figured a number does not define my sucess. I have been lifting heavy, doing my cardio and eating clean most of the time. I am proud of myself and I am determined to keep on pushing.

My biggest trouble zone has always been my tummy. No matter what I do I cant seem to get it flat. I think the last time my stomach was flat I was 5 years old haha.

I have decided that once it is flatter I will get a belly piercing. I have always wanted one but did not think my stomach looked good enough to pull it off. So that is my goal. I need a flat tummy. To do so I am not doing a 1000 crunches because duh... that won't work.

I am lifting heavy weights, doing HIIT training, sprinting and focusing on getting my body fat lowered.

Hopefully by this summer I will be able to wear a two piece with a cute bling ;)
