Week 17 day 2

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

Another day where it has been difficult to find the time to exercise. I woke later than usual this morning and had an early start teaching. When I finished I got a quick lunch and then took my sister's birthday present - an LCD digital TV - over to her. She was very pleased with it and it took us a quite a while to get it set up as she has cable phone and TV, but we managed in the end. We don't often get together so it was really nice to spend a couple of hours with her before I had to come to pick up my teaching again. It's a long evening on Wednesdays so had a late meal and a bit of sparking before doing a workout to get the steps in. My aim was to achieve 5,000 today as realistic and I did manage that.

I am free all morning tomorrow so intend to make hay and get to the gym before heading to town to try on a few pairs of shoes. I ordered some online and they have always been okay before, but not this time. I have sent them back three times and so long as I order a replacement I can get it free return postage, so I really need to make sure the next replacement is okay. I think this will be the last time I order online.

I love to go shopping for shoes... Love the walk, searching, trying them on... Well, I love shoes, I think it's obvious. emoticon Can't imagine ordering them online though...
Glad you enjoyed your time with your sister! I really miss spending some time with my brother. Hope we'll have time soon. emoticon
