Doing better... ?

I'm trying to do better.
I've been trying to eat a salad before every lunch and dinner.
I've also been trying to do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day, instead of when it's convenient.
Yesterday, for example, I did weight lifting(a couple different varieties) for about 10-15 minutes.
My shoulder was feeling better of course. Strangely, it felt like the pain was in a different part of my shoulder.
Today, there is no pain.
I'm not entirely sure about where my weight stands, because my scale has been extremely fickle lately. It'd jump about 5 lbs just by stepping off and on. I just bought the dang thing a few weeks ago.
Anyhow, I've been feeling better overall.

On the other hand, I ate a lot of chocolate last night, and feel like I can't hit a limit(on anything, food, exercise, procrastination, etc.).

    Just keep up the habit of 10 mins a day of exercise and the salads. Eventualy it will become a habit. I know it's hard to believe it now, but those 10 mins of exercise will grow to more as you progress.

    You can do this! Keep mixing it up with your exercise to keep things fresh - maybe work in extra stretches for your shoulders?
