Well it has come to that point where a lot of "stuff" has happened since i last logged on. I have finally dared to take a look at my scale and see how much weight has been added. I haven't been doing well with my battle. Comfort foods like ice cream and milkshakes call to me late at night. Especially when i am up late doing school work! I'm only 3 classes away from graduating though! so that will be done soon!

I'm so frustrated at myself for not stopping this cycle years ago and ready to change it! just really need some support. I think I will be going back on South Beach in 2 weeks when i do my grocery shopping. So i can have some time to meal plan.

    Trying to think back when i was actually on it and yeah, i would say so cuz was supposed to have some sort of snack. It may not have been sweets but then again I was eating and not thinking about it.
