Shake up my Exercise!

So I have been charged by SC to think about how I shake up my workouts.

I do various types of exercise depending on things going on, sleep, and other things like that.

I bike, use the wii fit (Wii Fit Plus program or Biggest Loser game), walking, and yoga.

I am starting to hit a lull of getting going with my workouts- outside of walking at work. I think it could be based on my tired feeling and constant go at school currently. So I am still contemplating other things to shake it up!

    Try a hula hoop. It is so hard (I suck at it), but it's sooooo much fun.

    The body likes variety--keep it guessing! I know you have a little one so chronic tiredness goes with that territory but are you eating enough to fuel your body? That is what my nutritionist taught me--eating for energy. Keep up the good work! Have a great day! emoticon

    It's great to shake things up! I tend to get in a rut with the same things sometimes and like when I finally try something new and different.
