Food is winning,
Went to the doctors with mom they had to take 5 lymphs nodes out one with cancer. We really did not figure it spread but it did, only the lymph node no where else. We Got knock down today.They want to do chemo. I don't know if she will do it or not. Need to find the inner me to deal with this without the food. Thanks You for letting me blog about this. It does help a little.

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon just went through that with mumsie & recurrent breast cancer, and the chemo is so much better than it used to ever be... i would encourage your mumsie to speak her fears re chemo to her doctor... do update us on how she's doing, will keep her & family in t&ps, the whole process is tough and emotional... and simply hard... (hgus)

    and for you sweetie, be kind to yourself ~ extra tlc & self-care pampering in as many non-food ways as you can think of... i also struggle in the emotional chaos when comfort food calls my name... trust the process that as you keep just making as good of choice as you can, when you can, that eventually those choices will add up & get you back on your feet... (hugs)
