So here is my plan to reach my goals. I have been feeling stuck lately but i feel better so here goes a plan.

I plan on wirting a blog on my progress once a week.

I plan on eating breakfast everyday.

I plan on getting up on time.

I plan on Looking at myself in the mirror and saying one thing i like about myself everyday.

So that is the plan. All reachable and doable.

    These goals are definitely doable! (I like your left ear lobe. Just kidding.) You will reach your goals before you know it and sport a bikini and a tasty drink in the other. emoticon

    Having a plan helps soooooooo much.

    I plan one day ahead what I will eat- and it makes allllllll the difference! On the couple days I didn't do that, it made things much more challenging.

    I will look in my fridge and cabinets, and plan what I will eat for first meal-

    I make my first meal simple- When I need to get up early and run out the door, I drink a Muscle milk light protein drink or the EAS carb control chocolate protein drink, and I will grab a fiber one 90 calorie brownie or a 90 calorie yoplait light yogurt.

    2-3 hous later I eat a first snack, some grapes or strawberries or aple slices with a low fat string cheese.

    lunch time I will have a healthy choice or homemade light soup with some slices of low sodium turkey breast and carrot sticks.

    2-3 hours later I have a snack of something like cucumber slices and almonds.

    then dinner I have some baked seasoned chicken breast, some peas and maybe a small salad with some light dressing-

    all this comes to about 1250 calories.
