Snow day

I had everything planned out for this meek - the meetings, the events, the trips to the gym. And then snow came and ruined my planned and awaited trip to the gym. Not cool, snow, not cool. I will somehow need to find another time this week to hit my three- trips-to-the-gym-a-week goal.

    You can do it - you can also exercise at home if you have to. Sometimes I walk around the house - time after time and for about 5-10 minutes at a time. All is NOT lost. Snow could have given you a nice break.
