Quickie!

Here's a quick update to share one way I am keeping motivated not to snack at work (and hopefully to encourage me to keep up my energy after work for hitting the gym).

I posted this next to my desk:



I jazzed it up with a little colored border and added a count down under it for time left in the challenge. I'll post a picture of the whole thing another day...
