I decided to set a new goal for myself. I usually walk 3-4 5ks a yr with my parents, our first one is coming up in a few weeks on March 9th. This year I have decided to challenger myself to run the 5k during my hometown's summer festival which is the first weekend in June usually. I have join the SparkPeople's 5k your way rookie running challenge this gives me 8+ weeks to get ready for the 5k.
