It's a good day

So I had a bumpy week last week, was craving everything unhealthy and tried to curve the cravings by having a small amount of what I wanted, but kept going and the stage that I was too scared to face the scales this week and left it for next week.
On the plus side, I am working with my friend to try and incorporate exercise into our lives and not just sit around on the computer all the time! It seems to be going well, I'm on a roll for exercise over the last few days and will hopefully keep it up :D I love the workout videos on here...they are very good and enjoyable. Though I don't find a lot of them enough of a push, so I find myself doing a handful of videos or a video and brisk walk into uni (40mins).
Food wise I made lasagna today :D I cannot forgo the bechamel, but instead of making it for all the layers I only added a layer of bechamel to the top and added in a whole variety of vegetables to my mince pork mix (I used lean minced pork instead of beef). Was delicious and I had to really stop myself doubling the portion size :P. is good and am very positive for the future :D
