Trying To Fit It All In

This week everyone's schedules changed and we all have to be flexible. My daughter will be bringing our grandson over shortly, which is much later than normal. The nice thing is I got to take my morning walk. Tomorrow she switched her work day to cover a shift at work and I get another opportunity to walk in the early morning and then make inventory. This is awesome since we have a two day show this weekend and 3 shows for the month of March.

While I love setting up at the shows, it really throws a monkey wrench in our exercise routine...we set up early and then after standing all day, just don't have it in us to go for a 4 mile walk. So, providing my husband does not have to work overtime, we will have to fit in a couple of walks when he gets home from work during the week.

Some how we will figure how to get the walks in. My body needs the exercise and I hate how I feel if I miss it.

    It can be so difficult to fit a workout or exercise in when your time has to be flexible for others. It sounds like you are doing great trying to make it work, though. I have a hard time with this also. Right now my workouts are virtually nonexistent, but I really need to figure something out! Thanks for sharing!
