Work Out Time

I have been sitting here for an hour and a half trying to get motivated to work out. I am using Turbo Jam with the 5 workout dvd set. I did the Learn & Burn off and on for a while but I found it hard to keep up. I have no rhythm, lol. I skipped the 20 Minute workout the other day and went straight to Turbo Sculpt. It can involve hand weights. I choose to use them. It goes a whole lot slower pace and is more about form. I find that I get more mentally out of it because I if I get off track, it is paced so slow I can catch up real quick. I didn't make it through the whole dvd the other day but I am going to try to do the whole dvd today. emoticon Ok. I'm motivated. Off to work-out I go. I'll let you know how it turns out.
