I am estatic! And, a little confused, hahahaha....SP recommends you update your numbers when you lose some, makes sense....so, I updated, and its telling me I can have 300 MORE calories per day....um.....what? I was figgerin it would LOWER my calories in and RAISE my work out stuff....

Oh well, gift horse ,all that?

At any rate, me first time under 300 lbs in many moons my friends...I am one happy miser today y'all!
