reason for weight gain

Monday, February 25, 2013

I was not tracking and I was eating things better left uneaten- everything coming together at one time combined with the lack of sleep led to more opportunities to eat. I am just lucky it was only 2 pounds- it could have been worse, but I am back on track and I am one thing at a time, creating a road map to solving the problem over time, like weight lose, these problems can not be solved over night.
Time for bed
sweet dreams my friends
God bless

Great look into what triggered the weight gain...Glad to hear you didn't gain much back. Give yourself a hug. After I was consistent for a period of time, the bar for overeating changed and even when I 'overeat', it's nothing like before. emoticon emoticon

I know how life's pressures will have us turn to food. You've got a handle on the root causes and are taking the bull by the horns to make corrections. For as many good months of behavior as I have put together, aka healthy habit, the old ones sneak in periodically just to keep me on a roller coaster ride. We Sparkers know one can't become complacent and that fitness and health is a lifestyle lifetime journey. Best to kick in, and figure out a way to enjoy the ride, eh?

And thanks for your wise advice on my spark page. I am grabbing rest where I can and look forward to healthier days.
