The little things

I've come to the decision it's the little things that should make me proud. I struggle with easy things. I want things to be easy for me, a drive through a quick pizza in the oven. No thought no effort. Effort is what will change things for me. I look back at my last blog where I struggled with making bad choices. I appreciated the comments and feedback realizing I am not the only one with this struggle. It also make me think... if I can just focus one meal at a time (with some advanced planning) that I can actually do this. Since a week ago I have consistently made better choices for me. One step at a time and rewarding myself for the little things. I'm actually excited for my Friday weigh in so I can see the little things result in more pounds and inches off. emoticon

    Awesome! I have to remind myself of my small victories constantly! Sometimes I get so caught up on the big picture that I forget about all the little things that I should be proud of. Great attitude and keep up the good work!
