Today was a not a good day!! Trying to get my son in to see the doctor - wait for call and leave work early to finally take him in. New medications, need to monitor him, then talk to his professors - get medicine - rain, rain,traffic, etc -- I finally made it home at 9pm. So needless to say I got no exercise in and I am very stress!! Sorry team! Maybe tomorrow will be a better day!
I am exhausted to say the least,,

    It sounds like you had good reasons for not getting minutes in! Don't stress about us, you can always get some in tomorrow. I have a hula hoop at my house so if it's getting late and I haven't gotten my ten minutes in, I just hula hoop in the living room haha. It burns about 70 calories, which isn't much but always makes me feel better than nothing. If I'm having a REALLY tough day (as it sounds like you did) I will just take ten minutes to myself before bed to relax and crochet, sometimes you gotta take care of your head first!!
