***** 3 gratitudes **********
I am thankful for a wonderful Arts group. We are a fun and hard-working team.

I am thankful for Theresa providing us her bedroom to shoot our slumber party scene.

I am thankful that I forgot my headset and took the night off. I hope to get an awesome sleep tonight.

***** Journaling **********
Today in Arts class we had a Movement session. I was snickering about movement session instead of dance class but that is really what it was. It was using movement to teach the curriculum. It was really cool. So many people are kinaesthetic learners and need movement to learn. Basil would tell us in Social Studies class that Memory is rooted in the feet - meaning, get those kids out of their chairs. We did all kinds of exercises, relay races, dance steps. We were turning around in a circle for fractions, did exercises for friction, gravity, fractions. We also did silent charades for vocabulary. It was great and so much fun.

***** Exercise **********
Cardio for small spaces – Coach Nicole and our Movement session in Arts class

***** Meditation **********
Breathing exercise.

***** RAK **********
Not exactly complete but am working on a gift for Basil. We are doing a circle ceremony with our Indigenous class and everyone drew names and is making a tangible gift (not a lot of money) and will present it to the person and say something nice about them. I drew Basil’s name. Not only is he my favorite professor ever but also my practicum advisor. I have an idea and now I just need to complete it.

You know you’re 80’s old school when your dream car was either the A-Team’s van, KITT from Knight Rider, or the General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard. – I totally wanted to own KITT. I used to play Dukes of Hazzard and try to enter our Toyota through the window. We also played the A-Team but I think we just ran around our yards.
