So, I hurt my shoulder the other day, probably from sleeping on my arm.
Before that, I did 50 reps of dumbbell chest presses. The last 10 or so were sloppy, but I did them.
My arms had been feeling neglected, but not afterwards. I really want to do some more, but I don't want to make it worse.
So, I've been doing Dance Dance Revolution(DDR). I did about 25 minutes of DDR(according to the game, 3x ~115 calories burned). It kept giving me Difficult songs, and it was killing me. I have a rough time with the Medium songs, while the Difficult ones make me scramble.
I also swapped shifts for this week, so, instead of running up and down stairs, I get to sing in front of a bunch of people(American Idol sort of deal, for my school), and learned to ship. I'm always looking for more responsibility, so I was happy to learn to ship.
