I find a glass of veges in the morning REALLY, REALLY helps me feel full and energized.
Can't express enough how much good this does for me!
I track the amount of veges I use. I usually do celery, parsley, broccoli, (kale or chard-this can boost your salt, so be careful) and carrots. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    This reminds me of another step I can take to help myself gain momentum. I have juiced numerous times in my life... and always enjoyed the juice and the benifits. I am ready to start again.
