Bring it on Billy Blanks- Week 3 update

Are those muscles I see emoticon ???

So I have been doing the PT 24/7 with Billy Blanks for 2 weeks. Not that long but I must say it is very effective. I think I am starting to get some muscle definition in my arms!! emoticon

Today marks Week 3. Is the workout hard? YES! But is worth it and once I got the moves I can even say its fun emoticon

I have also been trying (except on week-ends) to follow the calorie ranges set by the program's meal plan. It is doable but I am hard headed and only trying to lose the last 5 pounds to my goal weight, so I have strayed from the calorie ranges emoticon . But now that I started the 5% Winter challenge I will stick to the ranges.

I think I will do another cycle of the workout after I am done Week 4. I have not come close to mastering the "kick-backs" from this workout but hoping I can get it in the next cycle. I am really trying to do workouts that are going to help me tone up emoticon
