Week Five

So, I am going to pretend last week never happened. I let myself get behind in school and was majorly stressed out. I didn't make it to the gym a single day and even ate out a couple of times. I am going to put that behind me and start fresh today.

Right now I am at 335 fitness minutes for the month and I want to finish strong. My goal for this week is to reach 165 fitness minutes. My plan is to hit the gym M-R for an intense 30 minutes of cardio and complete at least 15 minutes of strength training on MWF. I felt great and had so much energy when I was working out everyday - I want to feel like that again this week!

    I had a weekend like that!! Last weekend the kids came home from college for surprise visit,,,best layed plans for workin' out and eating healthy completely went out the window!! It was so awesome to see them,,but I got very side tracked. Ate out almost every meal too :( So like you, got back on track Monday,,and want to finish this month strong,,I beat myself up pretty good,,than I realized this isn't a "diet" it's a lifestyle,,stuff like last week is going to happen,,just gotta push on,,, emoticon
