2/25/13 - Body Composition Profile

Monday, February 25, 2013

I decided to start doing these again, in order to help me stay on track and get my game together! This is where my starting point is:

Weight: 153lbs.
Fat Weight: 40lbs.
Fat Percentage: 26.2%
Torso: 25lbs / 29.8%
Left Leg: 5lbs / 19.6%
Right Leg: 5lbs / 18.3%
Left Arm: 2.5lbs / 29.3%
Right Arm: 2.5lbs / 28.5%

Water Weight: 79.0
Water Percentage: 51.5%
Predicted Muscle Mass: 34lbs.
BMR: 1442 calories
BMI: 25

I had considered the idea of putting the difference for each point between today's and the one that I had done last, in May of last year. There's no point in that. There is a gain of 6lbs of pure fat. That's all that matters. It will come off. THAT is all that matters!!

I made my next appointment for 3/25. That coincides with the last weigh in for the competition at work, so that should help me be a good girl throughout that weekend!!

Here's to the truth and using it to our advantage!! I hope you all have a great day!!

Make sure you use this information as INCENTIVE and not as a reason to beat yourself up, or even worse, quit!!!

Riqui, lots of things happen in our life. It is not a one-way, smooth sailing, perfect weather ride - it has bumps and bruises and detours. That 6 lbs is just a culmination of the bumps and bruises that you went through this past year. Our goal isn't to always walk a straight line on our path to a healthy lifestyle - it is to head in a general direction recognizing that we may need to stop every once in awhile, or change course, or deal with the potholes.

All that matters is that today, you are doing what you can and making the decisions that will make you feel proud!
