...an overwhelming volume of mail, goodies, games, fun and hard work.
Now how do i prioritize all of this stuff.... back to basics:
Devotions and scripture reading and prayer FIRST ...
Plan the food ... work the plan...
Drink water - NOT EAT SNACKS...Hot tea works most times to fill the "I want"
Be faithful to lifetime friends and make new ones in life and in Sparks
Do the exercise at your pace..DO NOT COMPARE to others except to be encouraged
Account for food exercise and water
Support the team and have fun!
Having said this, I don't have computer time or skills to get all my thankyou notes written and all that i would like to do but please know i thank you out loud and genuinely here in my quietness and I APPRECIATE YOU_ALL for the treasured comments, fun and pictures too.
Now I'm grabbing my teddy bear and going to the treadmill...have a good day.
