Update to My Last Entry

After 4 nights of not taking Melatonin I was still awake 40 minutes after going to bed and waking up 2-3 times a night. I can get back to sleep within a few minutes of waking, but the waking up is annoying me.

I have increased my daily activity and exercise. I continue eating as before. My exercise is all done before 1pm in the afternoon, so that shouldn't bet an issue. Worse yet I am getting tired in the middle of the day. I even took a nap Sunday afternoon.

I took a 1mg Melatonin last night (Sunday night) and slept well. I'm calling the doctors office in a few minutes to make an appointment.

In other news, even with staying on the low end of my calorie range all week I gained weight. I just entered stage 2 so the gain should only be temporary, but it's still discouraging.
