My fitness bucket list...
Be able to run or jog
Learn to rock climb
Go hiking
Go biking
Go kayaking
Learn to scuba dive
Learn to swim better
Be able to do a pull up
Be able to do the splits
Jump higher than an inch
Do a cartwheel
Holds a plank and wall sit for over five minutes
Be able to do a full side plank
Join a fitness class

Sugary drinks and foods...
Ive been pop free for a while now, like half a year or more. .. but a lot of other drinks, really good ones... have extra sugar in them too...
One of the hardest things to avoid especially since I love juices and starbucks.
I avoided juices because unless i get all natural, it has added sugars... All the frozen juice in my house are juices like that... im happy with this accomplishment, since I have so much trouble drinking plain water like I should. ..
