“Just for me “February Challenge. Today I made chicken soup. I love chicken soup and it makes me feel good to prepare the soup in large amounts to eat and to freeze for meals on other days. Chicken soup had been a comfort food for colds and sore throats for years and a staple in our home for more years than I can count. There are many recipes; however the best recipes begin with a slow simmer of chicken with your preferred seasoning blend and your favorite vegetables. "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:14 (NIV).
