Day 11 - 19

Sunday, February 24, 2013

Okay - so I'm not blogging as much as I should be =) But it doesn't mean I'm not still at it because I am! As a matter of fact I can barely walk from a work out I did two nights ago, and I can barely reach from a work out last night. Cassey Ho is one tough cookie! As for my eating I've been on track here lately. Staying mostly within my calories although sometimes I'm hungry after my work out and don't have any calories left. I'll go over a little bit then because I should be eating something small after a work out anyway. Most of the time I'll have a light string cheese with a coconut water. I put my "fat jeans" away and have been wearing my size 12's. They may be just a little snug but not for long! The 14's definitly seem too big now. My in-laws will be coming for a visit in the middle of March, I'll be a bridesmaid in May, and I'll be trying to get pregnant again (I've had two miscarriages =() in June... so I have a lot of reasons to get my healthiest! I will admit I've been tempted A LOT lately... my husband has been saying he's planning a day to cheat on his diet and eat pizza hut... the other day my co-workers all were in here eating fried chicken... it smelled so good! So my plan is to find a healthy home baked recipe of "fried" chicken. =)

Thanks for stopping by my blog... only 11 days left of this challenge! I've got to hit it hard! =D

way to go! i love the satisfying aches and pains from a good workout! really lets you know you did something good. even if you can't even sit down to use the toilet and once you finally get down there you're not sure how to get back up. looks like your well on your way to accomplish your goals over the next few months. keep up the good work!
