    Hey sweetie,
I understand that it is difficult time with seeing your husband off and your daughter having such a hard time. Crying will help you to cope with the change and also fitness. Instead of eating, get in your fitness minutes. That is great that your dropping sizes and have new clothes coming! Take good care and you can make it through this tough time!

YAY!!! I posted a new blog too, I am so sad about Adalynn getting so upset :( I saw her cute daddy doll though, that is cool. You are already on the right track, and you are just gonna keep moving along and getting stronger and stronger!

I'm so excited to see you! I'm sorry Adalynn had a tough time with it, poor thing. emoticon Yay for the boots, I want to see a picture missy! I hope you can exchange the skinny jeans for a smaller size if you need to.

What I am excited about this time, is that you HAVE already been doing it. I know a lot of wives are like "Okay, I need to START so I can dazzle my husband when he comes back", and starting is the hardest part. But you HAVE been doing this, you are fastly approaching Twoterville and I am so proud of you! I can't wait to hear the story of how your husband had to pick his jaw up off the floor when he gets back and sees you. Your hair looks fab btw!

Many blessings for you and your family, especially while your husband is deployed! We've been there and, while it wasn't ideal, we made it through. I hope you have a good support group to help you. I hope you stick to your weight loss and fitness program along the way, it sounds like a great way to stay motivated while he is gone.

Kassie , so glad you blogged. That is the best thing to do . Express your feelings and then get a plan. i know you are strong and well be able to manage without that hubby being there. I hate that you and your daughter has to go through this, but it is his job. You have to accept it, which I know you already have.
Now, you have to take care of you and your daughter. Try to think of enjoyable things you to would like to do and that doesn't cost that much money. Then start to put them into your daily plans.
That is the Key"PLAN" . Make sure your day is a good one, you don't have to leave it up to other things or other people.
Well, sure hope I see you on here more. i missed you so much. You look so great. You are doing it. I am still on track and being active. I am trying to put in more activities in . I need to up the activity so I can get back to losing. I am firming up little by little. I did wear a size 22/24 W and now I can wear a size 18 W. I have lost 6 inches in my waist and in the major parts of my body. I can't believe it. I need to get more off but it is going very slow now. I feel so, so much better health wise. I can go on trips and walk the beach when I couldn't before.
Well, I be seeing you later. It was so nice to see you and hear from you.

    Hugs, Judy

I'm sure you'll have a little rough go of it in the interim until you adjust to your husband being away, but stay strong and you will get back on track and back into a routine. Everyone has a day off or a down day every now and then just don't let it be a habit. You're doing great!!

Kassie, so glad to see you got a new vlog out, you look fantastic, whether you know it or not. Your energy is high, your talking faster, your skin is glowing, your like the incredible shrinking woman. You inspire me, I started vlogging due to watching yours. I am going to do more thru out the week because I find it keeps me more accountable.

It is hard when a husband gets deployed, is this going to be a long one? Just remember you have all your spark friends, I am not the only one who waits for you to put up something here. You can see the change from vlog to vlog. It is amazing, even your voice is changing, it is getting so clear. Keep going Kassie, rootin for ya. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
