Today I got on the scale and I want to toss it out the window! I worked out 6 days last week doing bootcamp workout and I know you start to gain muscle and that can affect the scale but it is still very discouraging . It just make me want to eat but I also know this is not going to do anything. So now what? I guess I need to keep pushing along and I should... I better start to see results. Part of the challenge at work is our measurements so hopefully I will see some results there... I hope. Why does weight loss have to be so hard?

    I wish I had read your blog yesterday! I was so there with you...and I know what you mean-it seems like if we indulge just once we really pay for it on the scale.

    I hear ya, when ever I weigh my self, and I'm not happy with the results, I always have a hard time staying motivated. However, as long as you feel better about your self, the scale shouldn't dictate success. emoticon on working out 6 days last week. Have a great day! emoticon
