I ate really poorly today. I had half a donut for breakfast and Chinese food for dinner. I overate and cannot even count my calories. Now I am bloated and have heartburn. Uuugggggh. The last time I ate so much and was unable to count calories was at my cousin's baby shower in early January, so I am not gunna beat myself up about it. I do allow myself a cheat meal each week, but I am not going to make a habit of this kind of cheat. Plus side is that I said no to the rice and ate mostly chicken, beef, and broccoli. I had only a little bit of noodles and two crab ragoons. Not sure how many calories I had but I know the number is high. Even on my cheat days I stay under 2000 calories a day total. Anywaaaaays.... it's over and tomorrow will be better.
Today wasn't a total bust though! I went to the mall and found a really nice pair of New Balance running shoes on sale for $40. They didn't have the purple and gray pair I wanted in my size so I tried on the same style shoe in a different color and they fit, so I ordered the pair I wanted online once I got home and they will be here this week. I can't wait. 5k Fridays here I come! And I am happy to say that my foot size went down by half a size. =)
