“Just for Me February Challenge. Today, I did the How to Get Six Pack Abs Fitness Secrets for a Flat, Toned Tummy -- By Nicole Nichols, Spark People Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. There is a link included in the article that has a 15 minute workout that is just what I needed for my midsection area. It was wonderful and I know my body will let me know that I did the routine on tomorrow. “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (Jn 10:10 NIV). emoticon

    Great for you! Stepping into a new area of fitness is exciting. You will feel the immediate effects for a day or two. If you keep working your abs every other day, you will feel stronger, have better posture, less back kinks, AND see your size whittle away. There are several SP ab workouts to explore and its a good thing to mix up the motions on the muscles. Have fun!
