Better late than never....

Well my weekly blog is a bit late I have been so busy but I am committed to keep this up. so just like with any endeavor it is better to be lat than not to show up at all. I am back in Houston this week and have been busy taking care of the kids, working and trying to fit workouts in. When I am back home I work from home which I like a lot because I can cook 2-3 meals a day so it helps me out to stay in my calorie range I think I only went over once during the week (I track mon-fri and just make good choices on the weekend) so that is a very good week and since I cooked a lot I know exactly what was going in my food. With the walk today I worked out 3 times this week so all in all not a bad week. So without further ado here are the numbers for this week.

Starting weight 380 lbs
week 6 weight 274 lbs
week 7 weight 272.6 lbs
Difference -1.4 lbs
Total weight lost 107.4 lbs
lbs to goal 22.6 lbs

So down nearly a pound and a half this week. I don't think that is too bad at all. I will take it. I travel back to Hawaii in the morning. I miss the island and my Babe a lot! But I had a blast here with my kiddos and friends and family. I truly have the best of both worlds right now and I am very thankful for it! Oh the weight this week is a new low for the year (by only.2 but hey it's a new low!) So the gain from the super bowl has been banished and now to continue the downward trend!
