Fitness Minutes Up - Calorie Intake UP??? Advice????

It was a horrible week.....I don't know what happened, but I had a really hard time meeting my calorie goal (blew right past it most days!!!!) BUT, I did manage to log a whole lot more fitness minutes than usual. Are those two related? Any advice on fixing that???
That being said, I went to the market this morning. I bought sweet potato, sweet peppers, salad, cucumber, tomato, kale, banana, berries, apples, and I am going to eat them all!!!! Did I mention broccoli, cauliflower and a few other things???? It is time folks!!!
Give me some pointers on working out, without keeping my head in the fridge!!
