BF%: -.2% (I made it into the 20's!! YEAH!)

Overall I've gained .25". But that's ok, because it's in all the right spots! I've been gaining weight as I work out, and this week proves to me that it is all in my muscles. My thighs and calves are rock hard! My butt is getting really toned, and my arms are starting to get some definition. I'm fine with the weight gain, because it's not fat. The last time I had 28% BF, I was 135lbs. I'm totally alright with 28% BF up at 160lbs. The scale is just a number, I'm learning it's really how you look that matters. I'm just waiting for my body to start evening out, then the scale will eventually drop. In the meantime, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. emoticon
