Great advice from everyone. I like all the ideas. Some days it is hard for me to remeber when I am on the go especially in the winter. emoticon

Hang in there, my friend, and think of the future rewards for all of your hard work! I have a big 32 oz. insulated mug that I carry around with me all day and end up drinking two or three fills just because it's there.

Been there, done that! Now I use my handy dandy Nalgene 24 ounce water bottle and since it's right near me I don't have a chance to forget.

    You can do this!

Here is my advice on the water. measure out all you need to drink then add an extra 4oz and place in a container you can see. AKA right in front of you. flavor water with pure lemon juice. no sugar nothing added just the juice from the lemon.
then every time you look at the container you must take al least 1 drink of the contents. before you know it the water will be gone and you will have met your goal for the day. This was how I first got started and now i drink about 128 oz of water per day which in the Az heat is just about right to keep you hydrated. be aware that you will be making more bio breaks but flushing your system on a regular basis will help.
If you cannot do this then set a timer and ever 90 minutes drink 8-12 of water.
Best wishes for your water streak to begin to take off emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You and I seem to be on the same track. I am also nearing 50, in school and working and forgetting to drink water (and to sleep). But it will be worth it eventually!

Sounds like you've really got your work cut out for you. Good luck getting through it all. Glenn
