Planning meals

I have everything planned out for the day. Eating my leftover crock pot lasagna for lunch, a large salad with tuna for dinner, company coming over for cards so only 2 drinks allowed and only 4 tbsp of the dip and 1 oz of the pita chips.

Tomorrow it will be oatmeal for breakfast, going to a friends to rip up ceramic tile on the floor. They will have pizza so I will allow myself 2 slices, no alcohol though since I am doing that Friday night. Dinner will be some homemade crock pot soup with beans, zucchini, onion, carrots.

I have this written down so that I can stick to plan and get through a couple of "tempting" events.

    Congratulations. Now as every meal goes by, you will also track them on your nutrition planner, I suposse so that you can keep the amounts at sight.
