Have you ever made a mistake you didn't realise was one when you first set out? I think I may have made one with my diet plan. But I am not absolutely sure how it needs to be fixed. I seem to be staying the same weight over periods of weeks, even though diet has improved and exercise has been increased.

A few clues are starting to come to the surface but I wonder if I know all I need to know to fix this? I think maybe I am not eating enough protein sometimes, so this week I am trying to increase the amount of protein in my diet. I wasn't eating enough over the course of a day, so I have added some snacks.

Now we wait.

Hope your days are going well and you are reaching your goals :)

It is a puzzle finding the right mix of foods, calories and exercise. I ended up increasing my protein and staying at the low range of my caloric allowance and started to lose again. Then started walking way more once the fitbit arrived, and the increased activity helped as well.
Seems like everyone has their own personal 'recipe' of calories/foods and exercise that works for them.
    Good luck in finding yours!
