Good News: Full Recovery!!

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Tonight I burned 638 calories in only 80 minutes...:::with Circuit Training!
Gotta LOVE those endorphins! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am so pleased to report that I have FULLY recovered from that horrible roll-over accident that my children & I were involved in back in June of 2012.

....:::here is the link to that blog back in 2012: Wow! Has it been that long?

Tonight I found myself back with 20# in each hand for upper body, 80# for my lower body & sprinting on the emoticon at 6.8 speeds between ST sets. I totaled 50 sets! ...::LOL!! So thankful that the treadmill was open every time between sets. Sometimes my cardio is emoticon or jumping jacks, but there's nothing like a good fast run!

I Praise the Lord for His healing in my life, and in the lives of my family!
We are ...::all of us::... thriving! I remember how my muscles were so strained at first and bruised. I had to let go of ST for awhile. It is simply a ((miracle)) that less than a year has passed and I'm back at it! That's a God thing! emoticon

Tomorrow, I am signing my children up for competitive swimming group lessons, and a really COOL spring fitness course too ( the instructor reminds me of a Sparker! ) Ha! She is addicted to fitness...:::like me! My children are going to Love her. My son ( whose injuries were the worst ) is training to run a emoticon with ME! He is a miracle too! Our children have healed emotionally as well....:::by the Grace of God.
We hope (prayerfully) to sign up together for a spring race! Will let you know later.... emoticon

I am in maintenance mode right the process of discovering my healthy weight range, and personal balance. I Praise the Lord for this as well!
Only through His wisdom, discernment & courage have I found Balance with eating healthy & loving fitness. I am content with where I am at right now....::so thankful for daily progress in this lifestyle I have grown to love. emoticon
