First destination for the Challenge is Moscow, Russia. Goal is to drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and shoot for 120 fitness minutes every day to get the Beautiful Butterflies there ASAP!

I've put on a couple of pounds the last couple of days. I'm hoping its due to it almost being TTOM. I'm sticking to my diet and am blasting my fitness minutes. It doesn't sound like much to some I'm sure, but my goal is at least 500 calories burned a day (total of 3500 a week). I missed the full 500 on Sunday so I've been playing catch up all week. I was going to wimp out and take a "rest" day last night but kicked myself in the butt and got in a nice hour long workout with Exerbeat. The same thing tonight. I'm not sure how accurate their calculations are but its saying I burned 600 on Wed night and 700 tonight... I'll take it :)

    Sounds like a great plan and even if you feel like taking the day off, there are so many fun ways to get in 120 minutes worth of fitness.
