Ho hum day....

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Well, today was a blah day. I wasn't in a bad mood or a good mood, just quiet. I got out of work on time, which was nice.

ON a diet note: I am right on track. I am changing my dinners to the veggie chili to eat the rest of it up. I also put the recipe below for anyone who is interested. It came off of the sparkpeople meal planner. Honestly, I cannot wait to get my new fridge here so that it is not so cluttered and I can find all my food!

ON an exercise note: I did exercise today. I only had one part that I had to change the position for. It was for my arm. Lifting the weights in my left arm did not work so well. However, I did get a good workout in!

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 medium carrots, finely chopped

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained

Hope you will be back to 100% soon but at least you aren't using your injury as an excuse for not exercising. emoticon
