Day 2 of the Shred Diet (Dr. Ian Smith)

I started the Shred Diet by Dr. Ian Smith, yesterday. I had went from the end of Christmas, to February 20th in a plateau. I did lose one pound yesterday, but am hoping this plan will help me move forward. So far, I think it is a very balanced plan. Matter of fact, it is difficult to eat all of the food in the first week. I was looking for a meal plan and this definitely offers that. You do have some choice, but mostly it tells you how and when to eat. I am definitely going to get in my vegges and fruits and calcium too. It works if you are vegetarian, diabetic or have any other dietary restraints. I need to watch too many veggies in one time. It can push me into IBS. So, I will take it easy, but do what I can to follow the diet as well as possible. I have the book on my Kindle, and find that also using the Cloud App on my laptop is helpful.
Note: It is a pain to go back and forth to the plentiful list of snacks, soups and smoothies. I am looking at the diet itself in my Kindle, and the snacks, etc. on my laptop.
