tracking food I eat

As of yesterday I starter to track the food I am eat . I really don't know to much about What I need to lose the weight .how much of what fats protein ext... can any one help me. emoticon

    Hi Shannon! On your tracker, you can run a report every day that will tell you if you are meeting the recommended amounts of fats, proteins, carbs etc. The system will prompt you once a day to run the report, once it thinks you are done entering food on your tracker for the day. You can also run the report yourself, the button to do so is on the bottom section of your nutrition tracker. The report is a wonderful feature, I know it helps me out quite a bit!
