I Caught Up To My Goal Line!

My weight loss was going great, I stayed under the Spark People goal line on my weight loss chart, things were looking good.

Then I got stuck at the same weight for a week and a half. Then I finally went down a little and then I was stuck again for another week. I was above the goal line and feeling pretty bad.

Yesterday I was down 0.8 lbs and still over the line. Today I'm down 2 lbs! I'm back under the goal line!

I feel much better now. I know that the goal line is an average, that you're likely too go over and under it but I feel much more like a winner when I can keep just under that line. I hope that my weight loss balances out (less stuck and dramatic drops) and that I can keep on track to hitting my goal.
