Today on Spark Coach we are to blog on moderation. Easy topic when you think about it. Harder to put into practice. My biggest problem with moderation is with food. I get hungry at night and want to eat every sweet thing in my apartment!! If I leave it alone and don't eat any I don't even think about it. Interesting that I can avoid it or wallow in it!!

I also have problems with moderation in exercise. Some days I get lots of steps in and walk outside. Others days I don't do as well! I have finally started walking.I will have to get up very early in the morning this summer to go. It is just too hot for me later in the day. emoticon emoticon

Activities is another place I need to change. I don't do much outside of appointments, grocery shopping, visiting friends occasionally. I should be doing more socially. Getting social interaction is very important for our well being. emoticon

Well, guess I know what I need to do. Now I need to do it! Will you help me incorporate this in my program? Ask about how I am doing...It will help to keep me accountable. emoticon in advance!!
