Good Morning~ It was a good day yesterday. I also got a 9-min Sparkppl Arms with weights and chair workout at my desk yesterday at 11am. I like the little added boost it gives me for the day. I got 40 min of power yoga in this morning. Feeling pretty good! I didn't get in all my water in yesterday so I'm going to do better with that today. I am doing well on the smokes. Tuesday I had 5, Yesterday I had 6. I hope everyone has a healthy day!!!

    Whew! I got the right day!! :)

    Still loving the fact that you're doing so well!! Good luck with the search for a treadmill. I went with new, just so I knew what I was getting and that it would work.
