Shaking it up a bit

OK, so what do I need to do to shake up my workout and get past my plateau. I have started it in some way I have recently changed my weight workout, by setting a different body part for each day. I try and do some sort of cardio each day, even if it is a slow walk at the mall. It is very frigid cold in CT now and I will not walk my dog. I hate the cold and don't tolerate it anymore. I like snow, it is fun, but if it is just cold and there is nothing to do, forget it. I have also set up a gym in my basement and put in my DVD's or watch a video on spark people. And lastly, I tune in on the music when I am cleaning my house or playing with my dogs and DANCE like NO ONE is watching. Have fun and do it different every day. Press on people and keep sparking. emoticon
